Meet the Plover, our Perky Pear Cider. A pear-led blend of real Tasmanian pears and apples, pressed and fermented together as one. Full bodied on the palate with a subtle sweetness from the pears, gentle tannin from the apples to keep it grown-up, and a slight wine-like finish.
Brilliant on a warm afternoon, poured over ice with a sprig of mint. Lovely alongside blue cheese, slow-roasted pork, or a long catch-up on the deck.
